Sizes
Lets talk sizes first! If a women wears a 4-6 size pants, she will wear a size 5 or Small underwear. If she wears an 8 or 10 then she will wear a size 6 or Medium. If she wears a size 10 or 12, then the size is 7 or Large. You get the picture - sizes go all the way up to 13 for big beautiful women. XL is equivalent to size 8, XXL is a 9, XXXL is a 10. Got it?

A word of caution here - there can be alot of variation in sizing for undies - just like in all women's clothing. Name Brands will provide you with the most consistent and true sizing. Some popular quality name brands would be: Calvin Klein, Liz Claiborne, Maidenform, Jockey, Bali, Delta Burke, DKNY and Rene Rofe plus many others!

Brands Matter
Some women become partial to a particular brand of panties because of the fit. The best way to know is to sneek into your ladies underwear drawer and check out if there is a consistent brand and size. Let's face it - you've always wanted a legitimate reason to go there!! Look for undies with labels and take note of what you see. Make sure its a pair that she's worn recently - you don't want to risk purchasing a size that's not right!
